What did I see from this picture years ago? I saw victory, and pride, and joy that the Japanese intruders were taught a lesson.

Then I read, from an article that three of these gentlemen never made their step back home. They were 19, 20 and 25.

Poor mother of theirs, fed her baby milk, bought him ball, taught him read, see him grow but never knew that her boy would die young at the age of 20, in a foreign land. He is too early a nation’s hero, too early to engrave his name on the war memorial, before he learns to appreciate his mother’s love, buys her a carnation, bring her a daughter in law, bears her grandchildren. And all his mother got in return of her effort is this picture : "That's Harlon, I know my boy".

These young men, being immortilised, but only in photographs. The sad fact is, the man who send his men to the battlefield is the real terminator, reincarnated in different times and nation, representing different race and religion, he, never dies.

It was nearly 80 years ago, when J.E Lilienfield patented the first ever field effect transistor concept, namely “Method and Apparatus for Controlling Electric Currents” which evolved into the modern metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor, MOSFET.

Lilienfield proposed a three terminal device where the source to drain current is controlled by a field effect from the gate and is dielectrically insulated from the rest of the device. The active part of the device was built on a thin semiconductor film deposited on an insulator.

Be it or not a coincidence, the first proposed FET was indeed, a semiconductor-on-insulator device.

she off her light. Why of course, it's for the Earth Hour you see! It'd been so warm, she caught the remote control beside the light switch and on her air-cond. Then? facebook! she must tell everyone she's in this! "please save our earth.." she pledged on her facebook.

ok now, mission done. Time for her dinner and a nice drama. Thanks to the inventor of polystyrene that now she can enjoy the dinner in front of her computer, and wash those dishes no more! What a meaningful night.

他们说照顾我，维护我的权益

我邻居是村长，听说是我父母的结拜兄弟
父亲常在家里神气地说，他与邻居是好兄弟
但我总听他在邻居说话后说：是是是是

邻家小孩有些很坏，常欺负我
我当然投诉
很可惜我父母不幸患有短暂性失明失聪失声症
不要紧，反正我也看不起邻家小孩
为什么 因为我厉害我聪明啦！

我父母感情不顶好，小吵大吵，戏剧性比得奖的好
有时吵得凶了，会开特别家庭会议

ii) can you compare them? how?
iii) should you compare them?
iv) what is the consequence of comparing them?

玫瑰的故事

5月12日，遇见十五岁的玫瑰。6月13日，全书完。

看着看着，看见恋爱的感觉，浅浅的蓝色，像旋律悠扬，是甜的，是浪漫的。

但我想我像蝴蝶，处在万紫千红花丛间。但蝴蝶都是色盲，辜负了花朵的缤纷。

结论呢？没有结论。我不是理性的人，何必事事强求结论。
